La capacitación a los familiares de pacientes con hemiplejía

Abstract

La presente investigación, inicia con un estudio teórico sobre la hemiplejia, sus características y definiciones conceptuales, lo cual creo las bases para justificar la necesidad de la capacitación a la familia para que esta se implicara en el proceso de tratamiento. En su desarrollo se utilizaron los siguientes métodos: del nivel teórico el inductivo– deductivo, analítico–sintético, dentro de los empíricos se encuentran la encuesta, la observación y el pre-experimento, además, se empleó la estadística descriptiva e inferencial. Se expone como objetivo diseñar un conjunto de acciones para la capacitación de la familia de pacientes con hemiplejía. Luego de analizado los resultados obtenidos se pudo constatar la viabilidad de ellos, pues existió diferencia significativa en la post-prueba, lo cual denota la validez de la aplicación de la propuesta presentada.

ABSTRACT

This research begins with a theoretical study on hemiplegia, its characteristics and conceptual definitions, which created the basis to justify the need for training the family to be involved in the treatment process. In its development, the following methods were used: inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic at the theoretical level, survey, observation and pre-experiment, in addition, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The objective of the study was to design a set of actions for the training of the family of patients with hemiplegia. After analyzing the results obtained, it was possible to confirm their viability, since there was a significant difference in the post-test, which denotes the validity of the application of the proposal presented.
