El estrés en mujeres de la Facultad de Ciencias Pedagógicas de la Universidad de Cienfuegos

Resumen

El trabajo se realizó en la Facultad de Ciencias Pedagógicas, ubicada en la Sede Conrado Benítez de la Universidad de Cienfuegos. La misma tiene como objetivo caracterizar el estrés presente en mujeres de la Facultad Se utilizó una muestra de 20 mujeres, donde se seleccionaron de forma aleatoria por departamentos, teniendo en cuenta como criterios de inclusión que fueran mujeres, docentes y que estuvieran motivadas. Los datos fueron obtenidos a partir de una entrevista semi-estructurada y el Cuestionario de Afrontamiento al Estrés. La información se analizó cuantitativa y cualitativamente, utilizando un procesamiento estadístico a través del SPSS (paquete estadístico) del cuestionario. El mismo se realizó con tablas de contingencia, análisis de frecuencias y pruebas no paramétricas. Se obtuvo que las mujeres recientemente estuvieran sometidas a estrés, relacionado con diversos estresores, lo que ocasionó síntomas físicos y psicológicos. Como principales estilos de afrontamiento
predominó en la muestra estudiada la planificación y solución de la situación estresante, la búsqueda de apoyo social y el distanciamiento, así como la realización de otras actividades que permiten la relajación.

ABSTRACT
This Project was made on the science Pedagogic Faculty, located on the head of Conrado Benítez belonging to Cienfuegos University. Its main goal it is to characterize the stress being present in the women of the Science Pedagogic Faculty in Cienfuegos City. It was taken a sample of 20 women belonging to this faculty. They were selected at a random way by Departments taking into consideration that they were women, that they belonged to the teaching staff, and that they were motivated. The data was obtain in an interview, semi – structure, and the questioner to face the stress. The results were analyzed quantitative and quality using an statistic procedure through of the SPSSS (statistic package) of the questioner. It was made with contingency tables, frequency analysis and no parametric
tests. We obtained that all women recently were summited to stress, related to different kind of stress, what caused physical and psychological symptoms. Like the main styles of facing predominated in the studied sample, the planning and solution of the stress situation, the looking
for social help, and the distant, and the realization of others activities that may possible the relaxation.
