Cultura organizacional y herramientas de medición: una aproximación teórica

Abstract

La revisión de literatura, fue realizada a artículos publicados entre los años 2000 y 2020, sobre el tema cultura organizacional, en diferentes países, organizaciones y universidades, evidencia el interés y reconocimiento a su valor y consideración en el quehacer de las organizaciones de toda índole, no siendo exenta las organizaciones con fines educativos. En ese sentido, conforma un aporte al campo del conocimiento que se construye desde la revisión de las definiciones y los aportes de los distintos investigadores, tanto de la cultura organizacional como instrumento para medir la cultura utilizado mundialmente. Al culminar, se define la cultura organizacional con una visión más amplia y trascendental y su medición.

ABSTRACT

The literature review was carried out on articles published between the years 2000 and 2020, on the subject of organizational culture, in different countries, organizations and universities, it shows the interest and recognition of its value and consideration in the work of organizations of all kinds Organizations with educational purposes are not exempt. In this sense, it constitutes a contribution to the field of knowledge that is built from the revision of the definitions and the contributions of the different researchers, both of the organizational culture and an instrument to measure the culture used worldwide. Upon completion, the organizational culture is defined with a broader and more transcendental vision and its measurement.
