La adaptación laboral como condicionante de la salud del docente
Abstract
En el trabajo se presenta el análisis de las evidencias empíricas que enuncian los diferentes niveles de adaptación presentes en los profesores de una escuela secundaria básica. Este resultado se confronta con argumentos que, en torno a la adaptación laboral, se disponen en la teoría y sobre la base de estos juicios de partida se exponen las modificaciones ocurridas en los posicionamientos laborales que impiden al educador estar adaptado.

ABSTRACT
In this study the analysis of empirical evidence that states the different levels of adaptation of teachers in a secondary school is put forward. Such a result is compared with arguments which, centered on the process of work adaptation, are set out in theory; and on the basis of this starting point, the modifications occurred in work positioning that prevent teachers from adapting themselves are expounded.
