Fundamentos teóricos en función del desarrollo local, el hábitat y la vulnerabilidad social

Abstract

La presente investigación de enfoque teórico tiene como propósito analizar las concepciones teóricas de las variables desarrollo local, el hábitat y la vulnerabilidad social. Para la realización de trabajo se tuvo en cuenta la metodología cualitativa, donde la principal técnica utilizada es el análisis de documentos. Entre los resultados obtenidos se evidencia la necesidad de trabajar en función del bienestar social, donde los principales protagonistas de las transformaciones son la propia población, y que a partir de un mejor hábitat de reduce las vulnerabilidades sociales, incentivando el desarrollo local.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this theoretical approach research is to analyze of the theoretical conceptions of the variables local development, habitat and social vulnerability. To carry out the work, the qualitative methodology was taken into account, where the main technique used is the analysis of documents. Among the results obtained, the need to work in terms of social welfare is evident, where the main protagonists of the transformations are the population itself, and that from a better habitat it reduces social vulnerabilities encouraging local development.
