Abstract

The article emphasizes the importance of keeping employees updated and trained to ensure business success in an ever-changing environment. It focuses on ConcreLTEC CIA. LTDA, where interviews are conducted to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current financial situation and training needs within the organization. Fuzzy cognitive maps are employed for data processing, through which causes such as lack of financial education, inadequate management of training needs, and lack of leadership are identified. An integrated strategy is proposed to address these challenges, including collaboration among government, educational institutions, and public and private entities. The importance of continuous employee training, financial risk management, and adoption of sound financial practices is highlighted.
