The jurisprudential precedent in the training of law professionals in Ecuador
Abstract
The jurisprudential precedent in ecuador and its importance in the judicial system constitutes an important aspect that is analyzed in the training process of students preparing as law professionals. The analysis of the constitution and the main laws through debate and development of workshops, contribute to the mastery of the processes by the students, who, coupled with the study of cases and processes at an international level, form greater skills for the adequate performance of their functions. In the courts. An analysis of cases in constitutional courts is carried out and the assessment of the training process of students in these aspects is carried out, which still has opportunities for improvement in their development for a higher quality of learning and training of professionals, which promotes constitutional guarantees and due process.
