Desafíos de la Carrera Pedagogía de la Actividad Física y Deporte en la Universidad Técnica de Babahayo

Resumen

RESUMEN

Los retos de la pospandemia, mantienen su total presencia por más que se pretenda borrar su impacto en las practicas cotidianas. Directivos, docentes y estudiantes de la carrera Pedagogía de la Actividad Física y el Deporte en la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, asumieron la responsabilidad de desarrollar la formación desde los postulados del modelo educativo universitario que aboga por la flexibilidad, la comprensión, los sistemas de apoyo para la atención inclusiva. Pero, el regreso a las aulas universitarias en el periodo abril septiembre del 2022 resulto una experica a tomar en cuenta para aprender acerca de como enfrentar situaciones como estas en otros momentos y sobr eotdo develar la prioridad que debia asumir el proceso para ajustar las acciones a realizar s. Para resolver esta situación, se desarrolló una investigación descriptiva, interpretativa y valorativa que investigó las percepciones de los estudiantes y las posiciones que defienden directivos y docentes, utilizando métodos empíricos cuali-cuantitativos desde los que fue posible develar las sinergias que caracterizaron el proceso educativo pos pandemia y las secuelas que a dia de hoy siguen maecando nevos desafíos. El trabajo que se presenta, promueve una mirada a las percepciones de los estudiantes acerca de la responsabilidad de reconceptualizar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje con ajuste a las necesidades y demandas de los estudiantes universitarios.

 ABSTRACT

COVID-19 changed life around the world, but a few months later, faced with the possibility of changing the situation experienced during the months of physical isolation; the return to the classroom was one of the main expectations for children, adolescents, youth and adults. The university did not escape this situation; The challenges of the post-pandemic would imply a challenge to Higher Education, creating strong tensions in managers, teachers and students in the face of the demand to ensure the continuity of the process. The reflection of the teachers of the Pedagogy of Physical Activity and Sports career at the Technical University of Babahoyo, about the responsibility of developing training from the postulates of the university educational model that advocates flexibility, understanding, systems of support for inclusive care. But, the return to university classrooms after COVID-19 required delving into the perceptions of the students themselves. To solve this situation, a descriptive, interpretive and evaluative research was developed that investigated the perceptions of the students and the positions defended by managers and teachers, using qualitative-quantitative empirical methods from which it was possible to reveal the synergies that characterize the return to classes, in college. The work that is presented as a result of the teaching research promotes a look at the students' perceptions about the responsibility of reconceptualizing the teaching-learning process in accordance with the needs and demands of university students.
