La redacción del texto, elemento clave en el proceso investigativo: experiencias en la carrera de Derecho, Uniandes Ibarra

Resumen

Dentro de la tipología textual existente se encuentran los textos de carácter científico, los mismos son elaborados por los investigadores para informar a la comunidad científica los resultados obtenidos. Estos textos, de marcado carácter informativo, tienen sus especificidades en los planos léxico, morfológico y sintáctico, de manera que puedan expresar objetividad, impersonalidad, minuciosidad y precisión en el tema que tratan. Independientemente de ello, en la práctica educativa se han detectado insuficiencias en la redacción de textos de carácter científico. Atendiendo a esta particularidad se ha propuesto como objetivo: sustentar una experiencia docente sobre la redacción del texto científico, en la Carrera de Derecho, en UNIANDES, Ibarra, para favorecer la formación integral de los estudiantes. Se han empleado métodos de investigación del nivel teórico y empírico los que propiciaron la conformación del marco teórico, el análisis del estado actual del objeto y la elaboración de la propuesta y de las conclusiones. La labor desplegada ha favorecido, en los educandos, el desarrollo de habilidades para la redacción de los textos científicos, mostrándoles la importancia de seguir las etapas de la construcción de textos y de la aplicación consecuente de las características que distinguen al texto científico.

ABSTRACT

Within the existing textual typology we find scientific texts, which are elaborated by researchers to inform the scientific community of the results obtained. These texts, with a marked informative character, have their specificities in lexical, morphological and syntactic levels, so that they can express objectivity, impersonality, thoroughness and precision in the subject they deal with. Regardless of this, in educational practice, insufficiencies have been detected in the writing of scientific texts. In view of this particularity, the objective has been proposed: to sustain a teaching experience on the writing of scientific texts, in the career of Law, in UNIANDES, Ibarra, to favor the integral formation of students. Research methods of the theoretical and empirical level have been used, which propitiated the conformation of the theoretical framework, the analysis of the current state of the object and the elaboration of the proposal and conclusions. The work carried out has favored, in the students, the development of skills for the writing of scientific texts, showing them the importance of following the stages of text construction and the consistent application of the characteristics that distinguish the scientific text.
