La superación profesional del docente universitario. Una mirada desde la educación inclusiva
Abstract
El trabajo es el resultado de las autoras relacionado con la superación profesional de los docentes de la Secundaria Básica para la inclusión educativa a los alumnos(as) sordos(as) con implante coclear. El objetivo fundamental va dirigido a una mejor comprensión de términos tales como: superación, atención educativa para garantizar con éxito la inclusión educativa de estos alumnos en este nivel de enseñanza.

ABSTRACT
The work is the result of the authors related with the professional training of teachers at the Secondary School for the educational inclusion of deaf students with cochlear implants. The fundamental objective is to achieve a better understanding of such terms as: training, educational attention to guarantee a successful educational inclusion of these students in this teaching level.
