Las ayudas técnicas. Recurso para garantizar la inclusión educativa de personas con discapacidad auditiva

Resumen

La introducción de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en el aprendizaje, así como las ayudas técnicas en general para proporcionar el desarrollo personal independiente, ha ocupado un lugar especial en la educación integral de las personas sordas. El desarrollo acelerado de la ciencia y la técnica constituyen fundamentos de una realidad compleja y colocan a la educación ante un gran desafío, preparar a las nuevas generaciones para que puedan vivir de acuerdo con su tiempo, donde los conocimientos se renuevan y este reto resulta mayor si se trata de niñas(os) sordos(as) con implante coclear.El artículo que se presenta es un esbozo teórico relacionado con el implante coclear, ayuda técnica para garantizar la inclusión educativa de las personas con discapacidad auditiva. Se profundiza en los nexos entre ciencia – tecnología – y sociedad los que han cambiado radicalmente en el curso de tres siglos y hoy adquieren una especial intensidad en su relación con el bienestar de las personas sordas.

ABSTRACT

The introduction of the new technologies of the information and the communication in the learning, as well as the technical aids in general to provide the independent personal development have occupied a special place in the integral education of deaf people. The quick development of the science and the technique constitute foundations of a complex reality and they give the education a great challenge, to prepare the new generations so that they can live in harmony with their time, where the knowledge are renewed and this challenge is bigger. The article presents a theoretical sketch related to the coclear implants, a technique that helps to guarantee the educational inclusion of people with auditory disable. It is deepened in the nexuses among science-technology-society those that have radically changed in the course of three centuries and today acquire a special intensity in their relationship with the well-being of deaf people.
