Consideraciones de la aplicación de una metodología para evaluar el sistema de ciencia e innovación en el deporte

Resumen

La evaluación de la gestión de ciencia e innovación tecnológica en el deporte tiene una forma continua, sistemática y organizada, esta se realiza durante toda la etapa de implementación del sistema, donde incluye a todo el personal de la esfera del deporte. Este proceso debe comprender la realización de acciones de ciencia desde la base donde incluye a la comunidad, la identificación de del banco de problemas de cada una de las áreas desde los combinados deportivo hasta la universidad, a través de proyectos de investigación, para dar soluciones a los problemas identificados. Con la realización de este trabajo, se expone la evolución del proceso de evaluación del sistema a través de las dimensiones donde se identifican las mismas y los diferentes e indicadores que sustenta el funcionamiento del sistema hacia lo interior del mismo. El trabajo que se expone tiene como objetivo el de presentar una metodología que evalué la gestión del sistema de ciencia y que propicié una integración entre todos los actores del sistema. Como método se utilizaron los analítico-sintético, histórico-lógico, inductivo-deductivo, la entrevista y encuesta. Como resultado se define una metodología de evaluación.

ABSTRACT

The evaluation of the step of science and technological invention in sports has a continuous form, systematics and organized, this comes true throughout the stage of implementation of the system, where you include all of the staff of the sphere of sports.
