Abstract

ABSTRACT

The resolution of conflicts through the abbreviated procedure in Ecuador in the search for a rapid process and application of justice, constitutes an element that must be addressed in more spaces within the training process of future legal professionals. The application in every process of the fundamental norms that govern justice and its effectiveness are consistent in professional training with the development of students' skills and abilities. The bibliographic review carried out and the application of the instruments both in legal professionals and in students in the last years of their degree, show the need to go even deeper into the actions carried out in the analyzes and case study methods. The legal reforms carried out must have a logical basis on the results obtained in the application of the solution to the various problems that arise in the application of a certain procedure and its respect for constitutionality. The impact that the application of a procedure has on a rapid and effective search for fair solutions for both the victim and the perpetrator of the crime. Professional training in Law must achieve greater comprehensive preparation in students with the broad ability to quickly determine the appropriate application of the abbreviated procedure in the solution of a conflict in an effective and fair manner, with respect to human rights.
