La investigación y el currículo en la formación de los profesionales de la salud
Abstract
El trabajo aborda la importancia de la investigación en la Universidad y su relación con el currículo en la formación de los profesionales de la salud. Se definen los conceptos de currículo y diseño curricular así como se establecen los fundamentos didácticos y psicológicos del currículo que permiten fundamentar que la investigación curricular interviene para perfeccionar la práctica educativa. El docente investigador desempeña un rol esencial en la elaboración, desarrollo y evaluación del currículo.

ABSTRACT
The paper addresses the importance of research in the University and its relationship with the curriculum in health professionals training. The concepts of curriculum and curriculum design are defined as well as establishing the didactic and psychological foundations of them which allow justifying that curricular research intervenes to improve the educational practice. The teacher researcher plays an essential role in curriculum designing, development and evaluation.
