Gestión ambiental para la conservación de Zaruma, patrimonio histórico y cultural del Ecuador

Abstract

La presente investigación se centra en el cantón Zaruma, ciudad que sufre de varias afectaciones producto de deslaves, deslizamientos del terreno por explotaciones mineras desordenadas, aperturas de galerías o bocaminas con poco o ningún personal técnico y sin orientación geológica, lo que ha causado un gran deterioro ambiental y puesto en peligro a la ciudady a su patrimonio histórico cultural.Ante esta realidad se proponen varias directrices de gestión ambiental con un enfoque integrado, participativo de la comunidad, que busca fortalecer el patrimonio histórico cultural de la ciudad desde las aulas de clase. Se trata de educar a niños y jóvenes en la conservación del patrimonio cultural, ya que son ellos los llamados a dejar los cimientos para las futuras generaciones,y de esta manera contribuir a mejorar las condiciones ambientales de la población.Se parte de una revisión bibliográfica, investigativa y de observación, que genera las directrices para hacer esta propuesta.

ABASTRCT

The present investigation focuses on the canton Zaruma, the city that suffers from various effects to the product of the misfortunes, the landslides by the disordered mining operations, the openings of galleries or the bocaminas with little or no technical personnel and the geological orientation , which has caused a great environmental deterioration and endangered the city and its historical and cultural heritage. In this reality several environmental management guidelines are proposed with an integrated, participatory approach to the community, which seeks to strengthen the cultural and historical heritage of the city of classrooms. It is about educating children and young people in the conservation of cultural heritage, since they are called to leave the foundations for future generations, and in this way contribute to improve the environmental conditions of the population. It is based on a bibliographic review, investigative and observation, which generates the guidelines to make this proposal.
