Incidencia grupal en la formación ética profesional desde el eje transversal investigativo

Resumen

Actualmente, se ha asignado a los estudiantes tareas investigativas en la Universidad por el confinamiento derivado de la pandemia de COVID-19 y se asumió métodos investigativos que desarrollen la ética de los investigadores. Por ello, ha sido necesario desterrar el facilismo en la conducción de la investigación estudiantil y obtener resultados reales de las situaciones conflictos. La formación en investigación desde las carreras ha reconocido la necesidad de brindar al estudiante instrumentos necesarios para buscar soluciones ante problemas de la vida profesional y social. El objetivo investigativo de los investigadores fue: valorar el comportamiento investigativo de los estudiantes con sus resultados en la modalidad híbrida en la asignatura investigación descriptiva de quinto nivel para alcanzar una formación integral y desarrollo profesional con ética adecuada para el momento actual en la Universidad Regional Autónoma de los Andes. El estudio estableció un diseño mixto, descriptivo, argumentativo y retrospectivo del tema, pues las variables ocurrieron de forma natural y espontánea en la asignatura Investigación descriptiva. Los investigadores emplearon varios métodos empíricos: el análisis de documentos, la observación directa para valorar el cambio de comportamiento ético, además el método de medición con la técnica de autoevaluación y coevaluación, y escala valorativa de los esfuerzos del grupo investigativo sobre los procesos de formación, desarrollo, y cambio en cuanto a actitudes del investigador. Como resultado la labor y reflexión conjunta facilitó mejor actitud en ellos. Como conclusión fundamental: la incidencia colectiva en el comportamiento investigativo en la modalidad híbrida contribuyó al desarrollo integral, y ético-profesional.

ABSTRACT

Currently, students have been assigned research tasks at the University due to the confinement derived from the COVID-19 pandemic and assumed research methods that develop the researchers' ethics. Therefore, it has been necessary to banish facile conduct of student research and obtain real results from conflict situations. Research training in the careers has recognized the need to provide students with the necessary tools to seek solutions to problems of professional and social life. The research objective of the researchers was: to assess the research behavior of students with their results in the hybrid modality in the subject descriptive research of the fifth level to achieve a comprehensive training and professional development with ethics appropriate for the present time at the Universidad Regional Autónoma de los Andes. The study established a mixed, descriptive, argumentative and retrospective design of the subject, since the variables occurred naturally and spontaneously in the subject Descriptive research. The researchers used several empirical methods: the analysis of documents, direct observation to assess the change in ethical behavior, in addition to the measurement method with the technique of self-evaluation and co-evaluation, and an evaluation scale of the efforts of the research group on the processes of training, development, and change in terms of the researcher's attitudes. As a result, the joint work and reflection facilitated a better attitude in them. As a fundamental conclusion: the collective incidence in the research behavior in the hybrid modality contributed to the integral and ethical-professional development.
