Factors that affect results of university management master's training

Authors

Abstract

Postgraduate training is a possibility that higher education has offered to professionals for the development of their improvement. Students in these courses frequently presented difficulties in the development of teaching activities and the results obtained. A study was carried out on a sample of 23 students from the Postgraduate Course in Educational Management and Leadership at the Francisco de Miranda National Experimental University, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. An instrument was applied to develop an assessment of the indicators based on the factors that affect the teaching results obtained between the month of September 2023 and March 2024. The results show a higher value in the usual effort, followed by the trend attributed to success and internal control. The students pointed out the teachers' bias as the indicator with the lowest value, which showed that the results were recognized and are framed in causal factors attributed to the students. The results constitute elements to be taken into account by postgraduate teachers, for the development of activities and their conduct, depending on the factors that most affect students in this type of courses within professional training in universities
