Evolución histórica de la superación de los directivos educacionales en la etapa revolucionaria en Cuba

Abstract

La responsabilidad, prioridad y preocupación del Estado cubano por el perfeccionamiento de la superación de los directivos educacionales para favorecer el desempeño de las funciones del cargo y fortalecer su liderazgo en función del desarrollo económico, político y social hacen elocuente la realización del trabajo “Evolución histórica de la superación de los directivos educacionales en la etapa revolucionaria en Cuba”. Este ofrece un estudio de los antecedentes de la superación en la época de la colonia y neocolonia y su desarrollo tras el triunfo revolucionario, para el cual se determinaron períodos e indicadores que permitieron revelar los cambios transcendentales ocurridos y las características del proceso. Se proponen algunas consideraciones teórico – metodológicas para el diseño de la superación a partir del desarrollo de la Ciencia y la Tecnología en función de la sociedad y la educación. La construcción de la evolución histórica de este proceso en la historia de la educación en Cuba posibilitó un salto cualitativo en la concepción de la superación de directivos educacionales que favorece a la calidad en el desempeño del cargo.

ABSTRACT:

The responsibility, priority and concern of the Cuban State for the improvement of the overcoming of the educational executives to favor the functions of their position and to strengthen their leadership taking into account the economic, political and social development that make eloquent the realization of the work "Historical evolution of the overcoming of the educational executives in the revolutionary period in Cuba”. This offers a study of the antecedents of the overcoming during colonial and neocolonial periods and their development after the revolutionary victory, for which periods and indicators that allowed revealing the main changes that took place and the characteristics of the process were determined. Some theoretical and methodological considerations for the design of the overcoming starting from the development of the Science and the Technology in function of the society and the education were proposed. The construction of the historical evolution of this process in the history of education in Cuba facilitated a qualitative jump in the conception of the overcoming of educational executives that favors the quality of their actions.
