Licencia por maternidad en Ecuador desde la perspectiva constitucional y la educación.
Abstract
Ecuador en comparación con otros países, presenta un tiempo reducido de licencia de maternidad y las mujeres enfrentaron una problemática jurídico-social que vulneraba el principio del interés superior del menor. Este estudio comparado con las políticas establecidas en otros países en beneficio de la mujer durante los primeros meses de maternidad. Los métodos aplicados permiten recoger criterios de las dificultades a las que se enfrenta la mujer y la necesidad de su solución. La educación y su sistema desde el nivel medio juega un importante papel en la educación y orientación de los jóvenes, de forma que prevenga afectaciones por maternidad y en la salud del menor por dificultades en la lactancia materna, lo que conllevaría a futuras enfermedades para el neonato y su progenitora, generando una eminente vulneración del Derecho a la Salud y demás derechos constitucionales.

ABSTRACT
Ecuador, compared to other countries, has a reduced period of maternity leave and the women who used it faced a legal-social problem that violated the principle of the best interests of the child. This study is carried out compared to the policies established in other countries for the benefit of women during the first months of motherhood. The methods applied allow us to collect criteria for the difficulties that women face and the need for their solution. Education and its system from the middle level plays an important role in the education and orientation of young people, so as to prevent effects due to maternity and the health of the minor due to difficulties in breastfeeding, which would lead to future illnesses for the child. newborn and his mother, generating an eminent violation of the Right to Health and other constitutional rights.
