Concepción de folleto para el desarrollo de conductas saludables en los estudiantes de ingeniería agrónoma

Abstract

El uso de los cultivos de importancia económica y agrícola como medicina verde se hace parcialmente desconocido y es importante hacer una mejor utilización de ellas. Este trabajo se adentra en la naturaleza de este tipo de plantas en el campo de la salud humana. Para ello se tomó el tema II de la asignatura Sistema de Producción Agrícola Vegetal, que se imparte en el cuarto y sexto año de la carrera Ingeniería Agrónoma. Tiene como punto de partida cultivos de importancia económica en particular las hortalizas, a través de las cuales se le da salida al eje temático No VI que aborda lo relacionado con la Medicina Tradicional y Natural, en el aspecto de Medicina Verde (fitofármacos). Con esta intensión, a partir de la concepcion de un folleto se ampliarán los conocimientos acerca del origen, descripción botánica, nombres científicos y vulgares con los que se conocen, propiedades medicinales, valor nutricional. Además proporciona medios para garantizar las condiciones indispensables para el desarrollo individual y el de la sociedad.

ABSTRACT

The use of crops of economic and agricultural importance as green medicine is becoming partially unknown and it is important to make better use of them. This work delves into the nature of this type of plants in the field of human health. To this end, the subject II was taken from the subject of Plant Production System, which is taught in the fourth and sixth year of the Agronomic Engineering career. It has as a starting point crops of economic importance in particular the vegetables, through which it is given thematic axis No VI that deals with what is related to Traditional and Natural Medicine, in the aspect of Green Medicine (phytopharmaceuticals). With this intention, from the conception of a brochure will expand the knowledge about the origin, botanical description, scientific and vulgar names with which they are known, medicinal properties, nutritional value. In addition it provides means to guarantee the conditions indispensable for the individual development and that of the society.
