La seguridad jurídica una proyección general

Abstract

La seguridad jurídica es un tema del que solo se componen las grandes potencias y los grandes letrados del mismo, y en el mundo existen muchas personas sin conocimiento a ciencia cierta de lo concerniente al tema .El presente artículo pretende resaltar en primer lugar la esencia, de la teoría de la seguridad y sus principios fundamentales, acercarlo a Cuba como elementos indispensable para el proceso cultural de la nación cubana y de la humanidad, en aras de adoptar medidas educativo-formativas dirigidas a inculcar una postura de prevención en comportamientos que les sean útiles para continuar formando valores y actitudes propias de un ciudadano desde la institución universitaria y también para ir despertando una conciencia segura necesaria para su vida laboral

ABSTRACT

Legal security is a subject that only the great potencies or the great lawyers of the topic are composed, and in many places of the world and many people do not have knowledge about the subject. The present article pretends to highlight first, the essence of the security theory and its fundamental principles and also bring it closer to Cuba as an indispensable element for the cultural process of the Cuban nation and human being in order to adopt educational-training measures directed to inculcate a position of prevention in behaviors and attitudes that are useful to continue the formation of values and skills of a citizen from the different educational centers and also to awaken a secure awareness, necessary for their working life.
