Competencias investigativas de los métodos de titulación de la carrera de derecho en UNIANDES

Abstract

RESUMEN

En los últimos 10 años los métodos de titulación en la Universidad Regional Autónoma de los Andes han sufrido muchos cambios. Durante los últimos dos años se han estado aplicando diferentes formas de titulación, pero no todas han tenido la aceptación de los egresados. En el 2021 aparece una modalidad que da la oportunidad al estudiante de graduarse sin tener que enfrentar un proceso investigativo. En este trabajo se busca realizar un estudio de los intereses de los estudiantes de niveles superiores y su correspondencia con el desarrollo de las competencias investigativas. Se presenta los resultados del desarrollo de las competencias investigativas, en los dos últimos períodos académicos y cómo estás influyen en la decisión de la modalidad de titulación, responsabilidad compartida con la opción del examen complexivo oral como novedad.

ABSTRACT

In the last 10 years, the methods of graduation at the Universidad Regional Autónoma de los Andes have undergone many changes. During the last two years different ways of graduation have been applied, but not all of them have been accepted by the graduates. In 2021 a new modality appears that gives the student the opportunity to graduate without having to face a research process. In this work, a study of the interests of students at higher levels and their correspondence with the development of research competencies is sought. The results of the development of research competencies in the last two academic periods are presented, and how these influence the decision of the degree modality, a responsibility shared with the option of the oral complex exam as a novelty.
