La evaluación de los aprendizajes

Resumen

El presente ensayo responde a un estudio descriptivo de tipo revisión bibliográfica, sistematizado a través de los métodos de investigación científica, revisión documental, analítico-sintético y hermenéutico. Tiene por objetivo analizar las generalidades de la evaluación educativa, su importancia e influencia en la calidad del proceso formativo. Los principales hallazgos permiten concluir que la evaluación es un proceso complejo, sistémico, y continuo, se realiza al inicio, durante y al final del proceso, para lo que se emplean diversos modelos, enfoques, métodos y técnicas para recopilar información sobre los objetivos instructivos y educativos, procesarla, analizarla y formular juicios de valor para tomar decisiones con el propósito de mejorar el proceso formativo; además, ayuda al docente a mejorar las estrategias, recursos y metodologías de enseñanza. La evaluación no solo va dirigida al alumnado, también es esencial para determinar las limitaciones del docente en el orden teórico y metodológico, lo que permite implementar estrategias de capacitación en aras de mejorar su desempeño y lograr elevar la calidad de la educación en el país.

ABSTRACT

The present essay responds to a descriptive study of the bibliographic review type, systematized through the methods of scientific research, documentary review, analytical-synthetic and hermeneutic. Its objective is to analyze the generalities of educational evaluation, its importance and influence on the quality of the training process. The main findings allow us to conclude that the evaluation is a complex, systemic, and continuous process, it is carried out at the beginning, during and at the end of the process, for which various models, approaches, methods and techniques are used to collect information on the instructional objectives and educational, process it, analyze it and formulate value judgments to make decisions with the purpose of improving the training process; In addition, it helps the teacher to improve teaching strategies, resources and methodologies. The evaluation is not only directed to the students, it is also essential to determine the limitations of the teacher in the theoretical and methodological order, which allows the implementation of training strategies in order to improve their performance and raise the quality of education in the country.
