The research is descriptive, cross-sectional in design and has a quantitative approach. The sample is made up of 205 university students, belonging to the Ica region, in Peru. The instrument to use is the questionnaire that is made up of 16 items. It is recommended to train teachers on the management and distribution of quality content, which helps reinforce their classes. At the same time, it is important to emphasize that the abuse of technologies can have physical, psychological and social consequences, which can harm their student and/or professional development.
