The implementation of the Flipped Classroom as a teaching tool in Basic Education is a determining factor that influences the academic and digital development of students. This methodology not only transforms the relationship between teacher and student, but also creates an environment conducive to learning, where students feel empowered and motivated. Various studies have shown that the Flipped Classroom contributes to improving academic performance, fosters positive attitudes towards learning and promotes essential digital skills. The present work aims to offer didactic-methodological variants to facilitate the proper implementation of the Flipped Classroom in the development of digital competences in students. A Design-Based Research (DBR) was carried out. This is considered a systematic, but flexible methodology that aims to improve educational practices through successive approximations in analysis, design, development and implementation, based on collaboration between researchers and participants, in real contexts. A didactic strategy containing actions is proposed to favor the proper implementation of the Flipped Classroom as a teaching tool in the development of digital competences in students of Basic Education. This strategy is presented as an important teaching resource for teachers seeking to enhance students' digital learning and ensure that their educational experience not only enriches their digital skills, but also contributes to comprehensive development in Basic Education.
