La investigación y la formación de estudiantes de la carrera de docencia en educación básica, Universidad Técnica de Machala

Abstract

Este artículo tiene el propósito de compartir reflexiones y datos concretos relacionados con la formación de estudiantes de la carrera profesoral en Educación Básica en la Universidad Técnica de Machala, para lo cual se tuvieron en consideración las aportaciones de docentes y estudiantes de esa institución, mediante el empleo de la metodología de la investigación triangulando las perspectivas cuantitativas y cualitativas, como resultado se encontró insuficiencias e insatisfacciones que están afectando la calidad de la formación de los futuros docentes.

ABSTRACT

This article has the purpose of sharing reflections and concrete data related to the training of students of the basic education professorship at the Technical University of Machala, for which the contributions of teachers and students of that institution were taken into account, through the use of the research methodology triangulating quantitative and qualitative perspectives, as a result there were inadequacies and dissatisfactions that are affecting the quality of the training of future teachers.
