Tecnoestrés docente en la Academia Militar General Miguel Iturralde

Abstract

Las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) tienen una doble cara, por un lado, facilitan el trabajo y, por otro, pueden generar efectos psicosociales y emociones negativas en los trabajadores al interactuar con ellos. El tecnoestrés es un fenómeno que se ha estudiado en diferentes contextos. Los objetivos de esta investigación fueron identificar la prevalencia de tecnoestrés en el profesorado y determinar si el profesorado con tecnoestrés presenta niveles de riesgo alto en las dimensiones del dominio demandas del trabajo. Para la realización de la investigación se realizó mediante metodología cuantitativa, en primer lugar, un análisis de datos a partir de una encuesta específica destinada a determinar la capacidad predictiva del tecnoestrés sobre el estrés laboral relacionado con las TIC. La aplicación del Alpha de Cronbach con un resultado de 0.81 muestra una alta confiabilidad del instrumento aplicado.

ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research were Identify the prevalence of techno-stress in teachers and to determine if teachers with Techno-stress present high risk levels in the dimensions of the work demands domain. To carry out the research, it was carried out using quantitative methodology, in the first place, a data analysis was made from a specific survey aimed at determining the predictive capacity of techno-stress. on ICT-related work stress. The application of Cronbach's Alpha with a result of 0.81 shows a high reliability of the instrument.
