El aprendizaje de los contenidos estadísticos en la Licenciatura en Educación Primaria. Su implicación social

Abstract

Uno de los objetivos de la Didáctica de la Matemática en la carrera Licenciatura en Educación Primaria es preparar a los estudiantes para la dirección del proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje de los contenidos estadísticos expresados en el nivel educativo primario, en virtud de su significado como herramienta sociocultural. Sin embargo, su cumplimiento se ve comprometido por las carencias en los procederes para la asimilación y fijación de la moda, media aritmética, tablas y gráficos; además, su tratamiento se realiza independientemente del resto de los componentes de la Matemática y no se sistematiza la gradación de ejercicios atendiendo a los niveles de desempeño cognitivo durante la realización de las tareas docentes. De ahí que el objetivo del trabajo, se centre en las acciones para el aprendizaje de los contenidos estadísticos en los estudiantes de tercer año de la Licenciatura en Educación Primaria en la asignatura Didáctica de la Matemática. Se utilizaron los métodos analítico-sintético, la observación y el análisis del producto de las actividades docentes y constituye un resultado parcial del tema doctoral aprobado y admitido por el Programa Doctoral de la Universidad de Ciego de Ávila. .

ABSTRACT

One of the objectives of the Didactics of Mathematics in the career Degree in Primary Education is to prepare the students for the address of the process teaching-learning of the statistical contents expressed in the primary educational level, by virtue of their meaning as sociocultural tool. However, its fulfillment is compromised by the deficiencies in the procedures for the assimilation and fixation of fashion, arithmetic mean, tables and graphs; in addition, its treatment is carried out independently of the rest of the components of Mathematics and the grading of exercises is not systematized according to the levels of cognitive performance during the performance of teaching tasks. Hence, the objective of the work focuses on the actions for the learning of statistical content in third-year students of the Bachelor of Primary Education in the Didactics of Mathematics subject. Analytical-synthetic methods, observation and analysis of the product of the teaching activities were used and constitutes a partial result of the doctoral subject approved and admitted by the Doctoral Program of the University of Ciego de Ávila.
