Indicadores para la medición de los proyectos de gestión educativa

Abstract

Lo relacionado a los proyectos de gestión educativa resulta un proceso complejo de tratar, pero su análisis debe aterrizarse a las necesidades investigativas de la formación pedagógica lo cual debe ser medido y controlado para lograr su retroalimentación. Particularmente, el perfeccionamiento y formación de los docentes que se orientan a la carrera de Derecho en la Universidad de Guayaquil. La razón de ser de estos proyectos es trasmitir y materializar los conocimientos adquiridos a través del sistema educativo, lo cual debe ser medido. Por tanto, se traza como el objetivo de la investigación determinar los principales indicadores que midan la efectividad de los proyectos a desarrollar. Para ello se obtiene la visión de docentes y administrativos mediante la aplicación de encuestas y se procesan mediante los métodos Torgerson y Proceso Analítico Jerárquico. Se obtienen como principales resultados un sistema de 11 indicadores donde 5 de ellos deben ser ponderados por el nivel representatividad dentro de la toma de decisiones.

ABSTRACT

What is related to educational management projects is a complex process to deal with, but its analysis must be grounded to the investigative needs of pedagogical training, which must be measured and controlled to achieve feedback. Particularly, the improvement and training of teachers who are oriented to the Law career at the University of Guayaquil. The raison d'être of these projects is to transmit and materialize the knowledge acquired through the educational system, which must be measured. Therefore, the objective of the research is to determine the main indicators that measure the effectiveness of the projects to be developed. For this, the vision of teachers and administrators is obtained through the application of surveys, and they are processed through the Torgerson and Hierarchical Analytical Process methods. The main results obtained are a system of 11 indicators where 5 of them must be weighted by the level of representativeness within decision-making.
