In the current context, the pedagogical process faces the challenge of adapting to the demands of the 21st century, revealing a notable absence of a comprehensive theory that unifies its direction and optimizes educational quality in the face of technological evolution and learning diversity. Faced with this problem, the objective of this research was to analyze and synthesize the main contributions of recent scientific literature on optimizing the pedagogical process. A systematic review methodology was used to analyze articles from databases such as Scopus, Scielo, and Latindex. The results reveal that improving the pedagogical process is based on the implementation of innovative student-centered teaching models, collaborative pedagogical support that strengthens teaching practices, and the strategic integration of technology, always addressing the challenges of equity and training inherent to its use. All of this underscores the critical need to overcome theoretical fragmentation and adopt a holistic vision for comprehensive and relevant training.
