Vías para la implementación del componente investigativo en la Licenciatura en Derecho

Abstract

El enfoque investigativo integrado transversal y horizontal en cada una de las asignaturas del año y disciplinas de la carrera es un aspecto de prioridad que ha de incidir necesariamente en la formación pedagógica de los de profesores. Al aplicar métodos empíricos como el análisis de documentos oficiales y entrevistas se corroboró la necesidad de establecer vías que facilitaran la implementación del componente investigativo en la carrera Licenciatura en Derecho. El objetivo consiste en facilitar a los profesores de la licenciatura mencionada, las vías para desarrollar el proceso de implementación del componente investigativo en sus asignaturas y disciplinas. Se propone un conjunto de vías adecuadas a las características y exigencias del tercer año y las indicaciones metodológicas para que los profesores planifiquen tareas docentes con enfoque investigativo en las asignaturas y disciplinas del año, ya sea en las diferentes formas organizativas, como en el trabajo independiente.

ABSTRACT

The traverse and horizontal integrated investigative focus in each one of the subjects of the year and disciplines of the career is an aspect of priority that must necessarily impact in the pedagogic formation of those of professors. When applying empiric methods as the analysis of official documents and interviews the necessity it was corroborated of roads that facilitated the implementation of the investigative component in the career Licentiate in Juridical Sciences settling down. The objective consists on facilitating to the professors of the mentioned licentiate, the roads to develop the process of implementation of the investigative component in its subjects and disciplines. A group of appropriate roads to the characteristics and the third year, demands and the methodological indications so that the professors plan educational tasks with investigative focus in the subjects and disciplines of the year, either in the different organizational forms, like in the independent work.
