Hiperconectividad digital y tecnoestrés. Efectos en los docentes de educación superior en Santo Domingo
Abstract
La presente investigación toma como objetivo el análisis de las causas, consecuencias y efectos de hiperconectividad digital donde han conducido a los docentes a un tecnoestrés, En el entorno laboral se han desvanecido los horarios, mezclando el tiempo de clase con el de la vida personal y familiar, generando consecuencias en la salud mental que son objeto de análisis en este estudio. Los resultados de la encuesta muestran que al tener que conectarse constantemente a través de la tecnología y no poder adaptarse a ella, los docentes experimentan estrés tecnológico, afectando negativamente su percepción de adquirir habilidades para responder a los avances tecnológicos. tecnología, además de sentirse vulnerable a la reducción de personal por no satisfacer las necesidades de su trabajo.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the causes, consequences and effects of digital hyperconnectivity, which have led teachers to experience technostress. In the work environment, schedules have vanished, mixing class time with personal and family life, generating consequences on mental health that are the subject of analysis in this study. The survey results show that by having to constantly connect through technology and not being able to adapt to it, teachers experience techno-stress, negatively affecting their perception of acquiring skills to respond to technological advances. technology, in addition to feeling vulnerable to downsizing for not meeting the needs of their work.Keywords:
