Necesidad de la preparación para los estudiantes de la Carrera de Derecho, sobre el uso excesivo del recurso de acción de protección

Abstract

Los estudiantes deben de comprender que las acciones de protección son vitales para proteger los derechos de los ciudadanos, pero que también pueden ser mal utilizadas o abusadas. Es muy importante que los futuros profesionales del derecho estén alertas a posibles distorsiones en el uso de estas acciones, con el fin de defender intereses ilegítimos o para obstaculizar el funcionamiento adecuado de la administración pública. El análisis de los casos en los distintos ámbitos brinda una gran oportunidad a los futuros educandos de desarrollar habilidades críticas para identificar a tiempo estas problemáticas, así como a mitigar y corregir el mal uso de estas acciones legales en cualquier marco jurídico, de manera tal que se su estudio previo se convierta en un apoyo para su formación y crecimiento de sus valores éticos y morales totalmente comprometidos con la sociedad.

ABSTRACT

Students must understand that protective actions are vital to protecting the rights of citizens, but that they can also be misused or abused.
