Plan of actions for the better emerging professor’s formation
Abstract
The need of a good formation like teacher is based on the transformation of the didactic tools with it and of one better academic base for part of the emerging professors in the different subjects of study they are going to specialize in, that way I eat of the use of technologies. The objective of this investigation I design of a plan of didactic actions and academicians emerging professors' formation for the better. Investigation is based on the use of a documentary revision where the evolution of the formation and the teachers' digital competitions are examined to I deliver it of the time and his implication in education, for which, the quantitative intervening cuali utilized the historic logical method and the utilization of a focus itself the job of an opinion poll and a semi-structured interview in a focal group. The continuous formation is essential for the professional development. This diseñaas must be in the mood for capacitating the teachers at last technological tendencies and to provide the necessary tools to integrate them efficaciously at his classrooms. The actions that they set themselves are headed for the utilization of educational tools with didactic on-line resources for the better the students' experience of learning; The digital teaching is essential . The teachers must utilize these technologies for the better pedagogy and creating effective experiences of more learning.
