Regular physical activity has been identified as a key factor in improving the physical and mental well-being of employees. However, an evaluation of its impact on work productivity has been required, especially in sedentary environments. Therefore, the objective was established to evaluate the impact of regular physical activity on the productive performance and psychological well-being of employees. A study was conducted that combined qualitative and quantitative approaches, using surveys and a one-month exercise program with six public officials. To do this, questionnaires were implemented that measured variables related to the productivity, emotional state and motivation of the participants. The results indicated a significant improvement in productivity and job satisfaction, along with a reduction in anxiety and fatigue levels. Additionally, employees reported an increase in motivation and an improvement in their leadership ability after participating in the exercise program. In conclusion, research has confirmed that regular physical activity positively impacts work performance and psychological well-being. Therefore, it is recommended to implement exercise programs in the workplace to promote a healthier and more productive environment.
