La lectura de los textos jurídicos en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje

Abstract

La lectura de textos jurídicos desde la opinión de algunos especialistas, no es lo suficientemente explotada por la escuela de estos tiempos. Desde esta óptica, las reflexiones y propuestas que este artículo presenta, ilustran la viabilidad de la lectura en su orientación temática y en el tratamiento de valores asociados a una cultura jurídica, a partir de actividades derivadas de lecturas dirigidas que tienen en cuenta la proyección sociocultural en que se inscribe la lectura y el papel de la escuela como ente rector.

ABSTRACT

The reading of juridical texts from the opinion of any specialists is not it sufficiently exploited by the school of these times. From this optics, the reflections and offers that this article presents, illustrate the viability of the reading in his thematic orientation and in the treatment of values associated with a juridical culture, from activities derived from directed readings that bear in mind the sociocultural projection in which there registers the reading and the paper of the school as governing entity
