Desarrollo de competencias curriculares en docentes universitarios. Talleres experimentales metodológicos
Abstract
Los claustros docentes y la permanente superación de estos para el ejercicio profesional en las aulas, constituye la base problemática en la cual se configura la presente investigación para desarrollar un sistema de talleres experimentales metodológicos para la preparación permanente de los docentes en relación con el diseño curricular y su introducción en el aula de clases. La investigación se realiza bajo la modalidad Investigación Acción participativa y se concreta en una estrategia de implementación de los Talleres experimentales de Formación Curricular para docentes universitarios.

ABSTRACT
The teaching cloisters and the permanent improvement of these for the professional exercise in the classrooms, constitutes the problematic base in which the present investigation is configured to develop a system of methodological experimental workshops for the permanent preparation of the teachers in relation to the curricular design and its introduction in the classroom. The research is carried out under the Participatory Action Research modality and is specified in an implementation strategy of the experimental Curricular Training Workshops for university teachers.Keywords:
