Formación ética del profesional y ética profesional del docente
Abstract
La sociedad actual presenta carencias significativas en la ética del comportamiento de los individuos, lo que se expresa también en el campo de la educación y demanda en el caso de la educación superior atender la formación ética de los profesionales. El presente estudio posee como objetivo fundamentar la naturaleza y papel de la formación ética del profesional como parte de su formación integral y la relevancia de la ética profesional del docente para contribuir a ello. A partir de un enfoque cualitativo y del análisis documental de contenido se concluye que la formación ética del profesional representa un elemento esencial de la integralidad y la calidad de un profesional efectivamente apto para enfrentar y resolver las demandas y los retos de la actualidad, a la vez que el docente que lo forme debe poseer una ética profesional que lo distinga como profesional de la educación.

ABSTRACT
The current society presents significant deficiencies in the ethics of the behavior of individuals, which is also expressed in the field of education and demands, in the case of higher education, to attend to the ethical training of professionals. The present study aims to substantiate the nature and role of the professional's ethical training as part of his integral formation and the relevance of the teacher's professional ethics to contribute to it. From a qualitative approach and documentary content analysis, it is concluded that the ethical training of the professional represents an essential element of the integrity and quality of a professional effectively able to face and solve the demands and challenges of today, while the teacher who trains him/her must have a professional ethic that distinguishes him/her as an education professional.Keywords:
