Abstract

The advancement of technology and the increasing availability of data have allowed the development of artificial intelligence tools with significant applications in various fields. In education, artificial intelligence can transform teaching and learning processes by offering opportunities to personalize education, improve administrative efficiency, and support teachers in creating more effective learning experiences. The objective of this work is to explore and analyze the use of artificial intelligence as a tool to revitalize teaching processes in the Venezuelan educational system. The technique used was observation and survey, carried out with 300 active teachers in educational institutions. The result was that there is a difference between the basic education subsystem and the university education subsystem, in relation to the consideration of the use of tools, which in the former are little present in the teaching processes. The conclusion was reached that knowledge and application of new technologies must be incorporated into educational centers and the use of adaptive platforms, the activation of reflective processes and the design of innovative proposals must be taken into consideration. In addition to the optimization of teacher time as dimensions to incorporate new technologies into educational processes.
