The article focuses on educational inclusion in early childhood, specifically on the actions of the promoters of the Educa a tu Hijo social care program, where the need for their preparation on issues related to educational inclusion is emphasized, so that can provide timely guidance to the families of children included in said program. Its objective is to systematize the essential foundations that support educational inclusion in early childhood, based on the preparation of the promoters of the Educa a tu Hijo social care program. It provides a systematization of ideas, from science, in relation to educational inclusion and the importance of its materialization from early childhood, emphasizing the necessary preparation of educational agents to achieve this purpose in the province of Ciego de Ávila. The article is subscribed to the territorial project Social impact of care for Avilanian children from an inclusive approach. This project is based on national and international research that highlights the importance of cohesive action of the different educational agents, from preventive work, to promote an education with an inclusive approach, regardless of the presence of disability or not.
