Graphic design is essential to facilitate the understanding and retention of educational content. This research seeks to identify students' visual needs to improve graphic design on digital educational platforms. A student survey is used, and the variables considered are visual clarity, interactivity, accessibility, aesthetics, among others. The Principal Components Analysis (PCA) technique was used to reduce dimensions and extract the most relevant factors. The results show that visual clarity accounts for 42% of the variance, which is the key priority. Students value interfaces that are organized, clean, and easy to understand. Interactivity (25% of the variance): Visual feedback and dynamic animations increase engagement and motivation. Regarding accessibility and customization (18% of the variance), students demand options to adjust the platform to their visual needs. Attractive aesthetics (10% of the variance), although less relevant, still positively influence the experience. The study concludes that visual clarity and interactivity are central pillars for improving the student experience. Visual personalization and a balanced aesthetic complement the experience, promoting accessibility and interest. Four student profiles were identified based on their visual preferences: structured, dynamic, personalizing, and aesthetically sensitive.
