La práctica profesional como espacio para la formación investigativa del docente
Abstract
Contribuir a elevar la calidad del proceso de formación del profesional de la educación, que responda a las exigencias y demandas educativas, constituye un reto de la Educación Superior. En éste sentido en el presente artículo se parte de un análisis de la formación investigativa del docente, a partir de la práctica profesional como actividad pedagógica que permite la interacción del estudiante con el objeto de la profesión, sensibilizarse y aceptarla como acción, en proceso de mejora continua, aprender haciendo y hacer de tal modo que transforme su realidad educativa.

ABSTRACT
Contributing to raising the quality of the training process of the education professional, which responds to the demands and educational demands, constitutes a challenge of Higher Education. In this sense, the present article is based on an analysis of the teacher's research training, based on professional practice as a pedagogical activity that allows the student to interact with the object of the profession, becoming aware of it and accepting it as an action, in the process of continuous improvement, learning by doing and doing in a way that transforms your educational reality.Keywords:
