Desempeño docente y habilidades investigativas de los estudiantes de universidades públicas peruanas

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es determinar la relación que existe entre el desempeño docente y las habilidades investigativas de los estudiantes de dos universidades públicas peruanas. Investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo, Descriptivo, cuyo diseño es No experimental, correlacional, teniendo como método, el hipotético-deductivo. Trabajo desarrollado en estudiantes del VIII ciclo académico que estén llevando el curso de investigación, en una muestra intencionada de manera censal, se elaboró dos cuestionarios para la recogida de datos, el correspondiente al desempeño docente, se utilizó 23 reactivos, mientras que para la de habilidades investigativas se aplicaron 43 reactivos, en ambos instrumentos se aplicaron la escala tipo Likert en cinco alternativas de respuesta. el proceso de validez y confiabilidad de los instrumentos, así como el tratamiento de los datos fueron procesadas con el paquete estadístico SPSS V- 25. De las conclusiones podemos indicar, que existe una relación positiva y moderada entre las variables de estudio.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between teaching performance and research skills of students from two Peruvian public universities. Research of quantitative approach, type, Descriptive, whose design is Non-experimental, correlational, using the hypothetical-deductive method. Work carried out in students of the VIII academic cycle who are taking the research course, in a sample intentionally in a census, two questionnaires were prepared for data collection, the one corresponding to teaching performance, 23 items were used, while for the investigative skills 43 items were applied, in both instruments the Likert scale was applied in five response alternatives. the instruments validity and reliability process, as well as the data treatment were processed with the SPSS V-25 statistical package. From the conclusions we can indicate that there is a positive and moderate relationship) between the variables of study.
