Migración a la Nube como alternativa de almacenamiento de información académica de los profesores

Abstract

RESUMEN

La recepción y respaldo de información es un tema de suma importancia, incluida la académica. En este contexto surge la incógnita entre confiar totalmente en las soluciones tecnológicas en lo que respecta al área educativa o analizarlas con una mirada crítica y evaluar sus implicaciones legales y éticas. En los últimos años las instituciones educativas en Ecuador, han experimentado cambios en la forma de gestión su actividad académica, es por esto que el objetivo fundamental de esta investigación es analizar una forma diferente de tratar la información tomando como referencia aspectos que pueden adaptarse a las Unidades Educativas y para lo cual se realizó una investigación cuali–cuantitativa, aplicando técnicas como la observación y la entrevista, las cuales permitieron recopilar datos muy relevantes y con esto fue posible determinar que la computación en la nube es la herramienta más adecuada para el almacenamiento de información de los profesores.

ABSTRACT

Receiving and backing up information is a very important issue, including academic information. In this context, the question arises whether to rely totally on technological solutions in the educational area or to analyze them with a critical eye and evaluate their legal and ethical implications. In recent years, educational institutions in Ecuador have experienced changes in the way they manage their academic activity, which is why the main objective of this research is to analyze a different way of dealing with information, taking as a reference aspects that can be adapted to the educational units and for which a qualitative-quantitative research was conducted, applying techniques such as observation and interview, which allowed the collection of very relevant data and with this it was possible to determine that cloud computing is the most appropriate tool for the storage of information of teachers.
