Garantizando justicia: programa de capacitación para Notarios en desahucios por inquilinato
Abstract
El artículo destaca la importancia crucial de las capacitaciones en la rama del derecho notarial, especialmente en el contexto de la facultad de ejecutar desahucios por inquilinato en Ecuador. La variabilidad de las leyes de inquilinato según la jurisdicción exige que los notarios estén al tanto de los requisitos legales específicos para evitar irregularidades en el proceso. La investigación propone un programa de capacitación integral para notarios en Ecuador, abordando aspectos legales, éticos y prácticos relacionados con la ejecución de desahucios por inquilinato. El programa incluye módulos específicos sobre el marco legal, habilidades de mediación, ética y documentación notarial. La formación continua no solo se dirige a mantener actualizados a los profesionales, sino que también contribuye a mejorar la calidad de los servicios notariales. Un notario bien capacitado puede prevenir litigios futuros al proporcionar asesoramiento legal preciso.

ABSTRACT
The article highlights the crucial importance of training in the branch of notarial law, especially in the context of the power to execute tenancy evictions in Ecuador. The variability of tenancy laws by district requires that notaries be aware of specific legal requirements to avoid irregularities in the process. The research proposes a comprehensive training program for notaries in Ecuador, addressing legal, ethical and practical aspects related to the execution of tenancy evictions. The program includes specific modules on the legal framework, mediation skills, ethics and notarial documentation. Continuous training is not only aimed at keeping professionals updated, but also contributes to improving the quality of notarial services. A well-trained notary can prevent future litigation by providing accurate legal advice.
