El tratamiento sistémico a las habilidades profesionales pedagógicas desde el contenido curricular

Abstract

La formación y desarrollo de las habilidades profesionales pedagógicas requeridas para la dirección del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la Informática, constituye un tema esencial en la formación profesional del estudiante de la Carrera Licenciatura en Educación Informática, por cuanto, les posibilita desempeñarse eficientemente en el ejercicio de sus funciones profesionales y resolver los problemas inherentes al objeto de la profesión. En tal sentido, se propone una metodología que posibilita la formación y desarrollo de estas habilidades, desde la profesionalización, problematización y sistematización del contenido del currículo, expresión de la lógica que caracteriza este proceso. La misma se constituye en un sistema de procedimientos, lógicamente estructurados en tres momentos con sus respectivas acciones, los cuales se conciben a partir de los aspectos teórico-conceptuales que definen la carrera y responden a la profesión; así como, los componentes esenciales de la formación profesional pedagógica del estudiante; lo que favorece la sistematización de las acciones y operaciones correspondientes a las habilidades.

ABSTRACT

The formation and development of the pedagogical professional skills required for the direction of the teaching-learning process of Computing, constitutes an essential subject in the professional formation of the student of the Career Degree in Computer Education, As such, it enables them to perform efficiently in the exercise of their professional functions and solve the problems inherent in the purpose of the profession. In this sense, a methodology is proposed that enables the formation and development of these skills, from the professionalization, problematization and systematization of the content of the curriculum, expression of the logic that characterizes this process. It is constituted in a system of procedures, logically structured in three moments with their respective actions, which are conceived from the theoretical-conceptual aspects that define the career and respond to the profession; as well as, the essential components of the student's pedagogical professional training; what favors the systematization of the actions and operations corresponding to the skills.
