Epistemología del derecho en el aula universitaria

Abstract

La Epistemología del Derecho, rama de la Epistemología general, aborda el origen, la naturaleza y el desarrollo del conocimiento jurídico. El objetivo del trabajo fue conocer ¿qué contendidos de la Epistemología Jurídica incorpora el sílabo Fundamentos históricos, filosóficos y epistemológicos del Derecho para la enseñanza de esta disciplina? Para lo cual se identificó los aportes de la Epistemología del Derecho para la aplicación en el aula universitaria. Por lo que se revisó literatura especializada, una vez revisada la bibliografía se coteja la misma, lo que permitió un acercamiento entre la teoría y la práctica. Los hallazgos reflejan que los aportes de la Epistemología Jurídica que no contemplan el silabo. Concluyendo que el sílabo mencionado debe ser modificado.

ABSTRACT

The Epistemology of Law, branch of general Philosophy, addresses the origin, nature and development of legal knowledge. The objective of the work was to know what content of Legal Epistemology incorporates from the syllabic historical, philosophical and epistemological foundations of Law for the teaching of this discipline? For which the contributions of the Epistemology of Law and its application in the university classroom were identified. Therefore, specialized literature was reviewed, once the bibliography was reviewed, it was collated, which allowed an approach between theory and practice. The findings reflect that the contributions of Legal Epistemology that do not contemplate the syllable. Concluding that syllabus the aforementioned must be modified. model.
