Tourism in Cuba has a system of Training Centers known as Formatur, responsible for the employment preparation and training of workers and managers in the sector. Therefore, professors play a crucial role in the quality and results of the tourism services offered, necessitating educators with high technical, pedagogical and research competencies. Thus, the preparation and performance of these personnel for their role is a continuous concern of the Formatur system. In this regard, the problem to be addressed lies in the need to improve the training for professors at the Mintur Training Center for Havana, Artemisa y Mayabeque (CCM-HAM). To achieve this, the objective was defined as: Designing the Training Process for Professors at CCM-HAM. Once the process was designed, in accordance with the cultures and management styles of the Center, the results of this implementation indicate a positive and qualitatively superior change in the scientific-technical and pedagogical preparation for its professors.
