Use of ITC in the publicity of judicial hearings from the teaching of law

Present it investigation became centered in the design, implementation and evaluation of a program of guided capacitation law students for the sake of developing digital competitions related with the use of information technologies and the telecommunications (ITC) in the context of the right, particularly in judicial audiences' publicity. The utilized methodology was mixed, combining a quantitative and qualitative focus. A phase of initial diagnosis to evaluate the students' digital competitions came true, followed of the implementation of the program of capacitation, and finally, an intervening evaluation took effect questionnaires, interviews and diagnostic proofs. The sign was compound for 50 law students, 10 teachers and 5 professionals of the juridical space. The students experienced an increase of the 40 % in their capability to look for juridical information, a 45 % in the use of technological platforms, a 50 % in virtual audiences' step, and a 55 % in his ethical and legal knowledge pertaining to them TIC. These advances reflect the effectiveness of the program and they stress the importance to integrate the digital formation in the juridical education. The investigation concludes that the development of digital competitions is essential to train the future lawyers at a judicial surroundings more and more digitized. Besides, you highlight the need to redesign the academic programs in right to include the teaching of technological tools and his ethical use, which will contribute to a bigger transparency and efficiency in the judicial system, and to the equitable access to the justice.
