Abstract

The article presents a foundation on the educational work of Alita Cabrera Marcaida at the Ballet Academy and her aesthetic contribution to the Ballet Academy in Cienfuegos, which is part of the Territorial Program of Social and Human Sciences: Transformation of Cienfuegos Society. The work substantiates the aesthetic contribution of Alita Cabrera's educational work at the Ballet Academy in Cienfuegos. It proposes answers to the needs regarding case studies to address the gaps that still exist in the Research Methodology and other disciplines in the Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education today.The contribution to the theory lies in the comprehensive study that, based on the foundations of chronology, allows for the theoretical systematization of the contribution of Alita Cabrera Marcaida related to dance education at the Ballet Academy, focused on the affective-emotional, the kinesthetic body, and the choreological, from the aesthetic dimension and its indicators, which enriches Cuban pedagogical theory.
